LUMÉRA is a small-batch body care studio in Rock Hill, South Carolina. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to your information when you shop with us or join our list.
Your card number is never sent to us. Payment is handled entirely by Square on their own checkout page. We only ever see that an order was paid, and the last four digits on Square's receipt.
We do not sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone beyond what's needed to get your order to you.
This site can load tracking pixels from Meta and TikTok. They record that a browser visited a page or placed an order, which lets us measure our ads and show them to people like you. If you'd rather not be tracked this way, you can turn off ad personalisation in your Facebook, Instagram or TikTok settings, or block trackers in your browser.
Every one of these has an unsubscribe link, and we stop when you say stop.
Email info@lumeraskinlux.com and we'll tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you ask us to delete it, we keep only what tax and accounting rules require us to keep about a sale.
Order records are kept as long as our tax obligations require. Mailing list details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
This shop isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
